Advocated for us if things were not seen to properly (especially the flooring issue!!) I can't even tell u how many times he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were nervous in the beginning because like every company you hear the horror stories. We were delighted to have had Andrew taking care of things, as he quickly put our fears to rest with how efficiently he handles himself and his work. While looking at different neighborhoods we found Austin Contracting development and got their contact information. I stopped into their office to find out if they could build what we were looking for and within minutes I was sitting with Evan looking at house plans and discussing building lots.

With our needs for a custom design, Evan took us through every step of the planning process explaining in detail what was included and also revising the plans many times before we finally saw our vision on paper.

The entire Austin team made us feel like we were their only clients, always answering emails, phone calls and having meetings whenever we had questions. Their personalized service was outstanding. Whenever we had an issue arise, Evan or the great staff in the office worked hard to resolve it.
