We are members of the New Home Warranty Program. All of our homes come complete with a 7 year New Home Warranty. Any appliances and equipment also come with their own manufacturer's warranties.
It's normal to have concerns after closing. As your home is built in various weather conditions, it is normal for wood to shrink and expand or for there to be surface cracks in foundations. These are just examples of things you may experience and we welcome any questions regarding same.
